Iran Sanctions Enabling Act of 2007 (Introduced in Senate) [S. 1430] The house version of this bill has been passed [H.R.2347].


US - Israel Energy

We are asking Congress to fund the following bills, which have been passed.

Legislative News:

September 25, 2007: Iran Counter-Proliferation Act passed the house by a vote of 397-16. The vote can be seen here. Please thank your Representative for voting for this important legislation.

September 6, 2007: Foreign Aid bill passed the Senate by a vote of 81-12. Please thank your Senator for voting for the bill. The vote can be seen here.

July 31, 2007: the Iran Sanctions Enabling Act of 2007 passed the House by a vote of 408-6.

July, 25, 2007: America took another step toward energy independence when the US-Israel Energy Cooperation Act (S. 838) was reported out of committee favorably.

June 26, 2007: Iran Counter-Proliferation Act approved by House Foreign Affairs Committee 37-1.

June 20, 2007: Resolution to Refer the Iranian President to the UN Security Council for Violation of the Genocide Convention passes House by overwhelming 411 to 2 vote. The vote can be seen here. NORPAC fully supported this resolution sponsored by Congressman Steve Rothman (D-NJ) and advocated for it during the 2007 Mission to Washington.
