NORPAC,
the nation's largest political action committee working
to strengthen the US - Israel relationship is pleased
to offer an internship program for highly motivated
college and high school students in the New York -
New Jersey Area. Qualified College Students as well
as High School seniors
are invited to apply for this unique program. The
Internship offers students the opportunity to participate
in the democratic political process strengthening
both the United States and Israel.
Under the guidance of NORPAC mentors, Interns will
have the opportunity to research cutting edge issues
that affect the US - Israel Relationship and meet
regularly with members of the United States Senate
and the House of Representatives to share views on
issues that are vital to both Israel and the United
States.
The Internship is designed to offer students an educational
and stimulating hands on political experience while
simultaneously serving the community.
The program requires a minimum commitment of 120 hours (approximately 8-10 hours per week) over the course of a semester.
